All insurance quotes provided are indicative and valid for a limited period (typically 7 days unless otherwise stated). Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless specified. Final pricing is subject to insurer confirmation at the time of binding. Flight quotes are indicative and subject to fare availability and airline pricing at time of booking.
6. Client Portal
Access to the client portal is provided to assist you in reviewing your quote options and policy documents. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any selection or confirmation made through the portal constitutes your instruction to proceed and may result in binding obligations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, USA College Cover is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on this website, errors in quote calculations, or actions taken by insurers or travel providers. Our liability is limited to the re-supply of the relevant service.
8. Pre-existing Medical Conditions
It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant pre-existing medical conditions when applying for insurance cover. Failure to disclose may result in claims being declined by the insurer. USA College Cover accepts no liability for claims rejected due to non-disclosure.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of USA College Cover or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
